Like any industry, online gambling has its rogue operators. Here are what some of the stupid scams, idiot operators and lousy liars :-) .

Beware of Bogus Programmers claiming to have installed a bug into casinos, most of the top casinos have top quality software and all bugs will have been sorted before you can get hold of it. Most of them will be affiliates that get you to play at certain casinos to make money from you. But not all affiliates are like that, just some that are after the quick buck.

Another way they make their money is by giving a good signup bonus and then when you play in the casino, you don't win at all. There have been some casinos that have done that and they haven't lasted too long.
